Excel Video 490 Basics of Power View Tables

Excel Video 490 is an introduction to the basics of Power View tables.  We’ll create and delete tables, resize and move tables, add and remove columns, and reorder columns.  The idea is that Power View is a way to quickly visualize and understand data.  You may not know what relationships to look for or which fields will be most important.  Tables make it easy to move data in and out of the table to discover meaning in your data.

Tables are the fundamental building block to visualize data in Power View.  In the next Excel Video, we’ll talk about how to aggregate data to find more meaning in those tables.  I look forward to seeing you then.
