Excel 2013 Bar Charts in some ways are very similar to Excel 2013 Column Charts. In Excel Video 460 we’ll build a quick bar chart and then look at several sets of data displayed in both column and bar charts to see which types of data might look better in either chart. Some of this is personal preference, but trendlines look better on a column chart while long descriptions or progress toward a goal might look better on a bar chart. Changing an existing chart from bar to column and back is easy and is a topic for a future Excel Video.
