In Excel Video 112 we’ll go step-by-step through the process of setting up one of the diagnosis dashboard groups from the last video. Once we have one dashboard group set up, it’s faster and easier to simply copy an existing dashboard group and change the references. I’ll do that in the next Excel Video, but I want you to see the manual process of creating the dashboard first.
Notice how some of the dashboard is simply formatting and some of the dashboard is creating the two Sparklines. We also need to match the Conditional Formatting rule we used before. Once we have all of that in place manually, in Excel Video 113 we’ll copy an existing dashboard group. Copying is a lot faster, so we’ll take time in Excel Video 113 to set up the hyperlinks as well.
