Another advantage of Cell Styles is that if you have a massive spreadsheet and have already applied Cell Styles, you can change the style and all of the cells using that style will update for you automatically. As your users get accustomed to seeing the same type of information formatted the same way, your spreadsheets become easier to read, faster to understand and more valuable to the organization.
