There seem to be several ways to do everything in Excel. Excel Video 240 has another way to work with Comments that may be helpful for you. If you go to the Review tab, the middle section includes a variety of ways to work with Comments. Most of the functionality on the Review tab can be done by right-clicking the cell you want to comment on. One of the things the Review tab does offer is an easy way to jump from comment to comment on your spreadsheet. It’s easy to show and hide all comments from the Review tab as well.
I have always right-clicked to manage Comments in Excel, but if you find the Review tab is more helpful, that’s the way you should manage Comments. I hope these videos give you several approaches to Excel problems so you can choose the solutions that are easiest for you to remember and implement.
