In Excel Video 376, the Quick Analysis button we’ve been discussing will enter a variety of totals for our data. The totals formulas are helpful, but if you’re familiar with Excel you may be able to recreate many of these totals on your own. If you aren’t as familiar with Excel, the Quick Analysis tool can create the formulas for you and then you can go back to analyze the formulas to learn some Excel tricks.
One of the Excel tricks the Quick Analysis button uses is absolute and relative references. If absolute and relative references are new to you, Excel Videos 252 and 253 will get you up to speed quickly.
