Today Excel Video 377 will review Tables and Sparklines in the Quick Analysis button. Part of the Quick Analysis button is to show Excel features to users who may not be as familiar with Excel as you are after watching this series of Excel Videos. The Tables tab will show your data in a Table. If you’ve watched Excel Video 30-43 you’re familiar with the power of Tables. For me, I’ll continue to create Tables using the Format as a Table button from the Home tab. The Quick Analysis button may be helpful either as another way to create Tables or as a reminder to view your data in a Table.
The other tab on the Quick Analysis button is Sparklines. Again, if you’ve seen Excel Videos 107-115, you’re familiar with the power of Sparklines. This is a quick way to create Sparklines. Try it the next time you need to quickly show a trend with a small chart that fits in a cell.
