Since Leap Day only appears once every four years, it’s a good time to discuss how to hide and unhide data in Excel Video 236. Hiding rows and columns is an easy way to clean up some of the sometimes messy calculations that go into creating a spreadsheet. You can hide unnecessary rows and columns when you’re ready to print and then unhide the rows and columns after printing so you have all of the detail you need.
