Getting these patients a new appointment is not just good patient care, the process can help grow your practice. Listen to the podcast for ideas on what additional data you might include in the analysis to prioritize which appointments to reschedule first. After all the work you do to market your practice, don’t let patients slip away when simply reaching out can retain the patient.
