Today’s BIG Idea comes from a practice in the Midwest in response to last week’s podcast.  Last week we were trying to capture new patients who had canceled their initial appointment.  This practice has the opposite problem, too many patients chasing too few appointment slots.  Listen to hear how the practice has a spreadsheet that allows them to quickly filter for several different criteria to find the next available appointment slots.  I’ll also briefly describe how the practice looked at unfilled appointment slots to find ways to fill those slots with these patients.
